How to lay layers

Traditionally, lettuce is laid out in layers, alternating eggs, chicken, crab sticks and other products. Regardless of the recipe, the layers are necessarily lubricated with mayonnaise. There is no clear sequence, it only affects the view. Feel free to experiment!

Thanks to the efforts of the chefs, options have appeared where the ingredients are mixed, and sauce is used instead of mayonnaise.

Classic recipe with chicken, nuts and prunes

The classic recipe, which I will describe below, is fully consistent with the name. It is delicious, satisfying, incredibly tender. Equally suitable for a New Year's feast, a romantic dinner or a regular dinner.

Ingredients:
  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • prunes - 150 g;
  • eggs - 5 pcs;
  • walnut kernels - 70 g;
  • mayonnaise.
How to cook:
  1. Boil the chicken in salted water. After cooling, cut into strips.
  2. Peel hard-boiled eggs. Pass the yolks through a fine grater, and the proteins through a large grater.
  3. Drain prunes with water, pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Drain the liquid, and cut the swollen dried fruit into strips, like cucumbers. Chop walnuts with a knife.
  4. It remains to form a salad. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. The sequence of layers: put chicken, prunes and walnuts, grated squirrels, cucumbers on the bottom of a transparent salad bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the formed dish with grated yolks and decorate with greens.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for impregnation. In a few hours, the components make friends and the final taste is formed.

Option with chicken, cucumber, egg

Tasteful variety of products makes the salad spicy. In addition, the list below before the holidays is in any refrigerator. Even if something is missing, add something of your own. As a result, get an interesting and original recipe.

Ingredients:
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • canned peas - 0.5 cans;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • eggs - 2 pcs;
  • mayonnaise, salt.
Cooking:
  1. Dip the washed eggs in a container with cold water, put on fire, and after boiling, boil for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, boil chicken breast in a small amount of water.
  2. Sprinkle cucumbers with running water. After drying, cut into small triangles. To do this, cut each in half, then lengthwise and chop across.
  3. Chill the cooled eggs in small cubes, and boiled chicken in moderate slices. Cheese through a grater, chop the garlic, throw the peas into a colander.
  4. Combine the prepared components in a deep bowl, add mayonnaise and salt to taste, mix.

If you plan to serve at the festive table, I advise you to squeeze not all mayonnaise into slices, but draw zigzags on the surface. It looks gorgeous, especially if you put a little green.

Tenderness Salad with Apple

The recipe involves the use of apples and cheese, thanks to which the dish becomes spicy and delicious.

Ingredients:
  • green apples - 2 pcs;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • eggs - 3 pcs;
  • lemon juice, salt, greens, mayonnaise.
Cooking:
  1. Cut the peeled onion into small pieces, pour boiling water. After two minutes, rinse in cold water. As a result, bitterness will disappear.
  2. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. If this is not done, they will darken.
  3. Grind hard-boiled eggs into cubes, pass the cheese through a grater, and chop the greens. The preparation is completed.
  4. Put chopped onions on the bottom of the plate, salt. Chopped eggs on top. Engage mayonnaise by drawing a mesh.
  5. Make a layer of apples, then cheese. Pour mayonnaise. Repeat the procedure until the food runs out. Use greenery for decoration.

It will make a tasty and healthy snack. If you follow a diet, use homemade mayonnaise or salad yogurt.

The original version with ham and cucumbers

Tenderness with ham and cucumbers is prepared quickly. For dressing, it is customary to use mayonnaise or kefir. If you prefer oil, a mixture of olive oil, pepper, vinegar and mustard will not disappoint.

Ingredients:
  • ham - 150 g;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • lettuce - 150 g;
  • olive oil - 70 ml;
  • French mustard - 1 tsp;
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • pepper, salt.
Cooking:
  1. Crush hard-boiled eggs, ham, cucumbers and peppers into cubes, pass the cheese through a grater, and tear the salad by hand.
  2. Make the sauce. Combine olive oil with vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, mix.
  3. Combine the prepared foods in a salad bowl, mix. After adding the sauce, mix again.

Before serving, arrange on serving plates, decorate with greens and figurines of vegetables. If there is no wine vinegar, use apple cider vinegar. The taste will not change.

Easy recipe with crab sticks

The main advantage of the recipe is the availability of the ingredients used. This is important, because not every family has an unlimited New Year budget, but everyone wants to see as many goodies as possible on the festive table.

Ingredients:
  • crab sticks - 200 g;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • eggs - 3 pcs;
  • boiled rice - 0.5 cups;
  • green onions - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
Cooking:
  1. Fold canned corn into a colander and put in a large bowl. Add finely chopped crab sticks here.
  2. Pour green onions with water, dry slightly, chop finely. Combine with other chopped boiled eggs.
  3. Throw boiled rice into a colander, add to the salad. Stir, put mayonnaise mixed with pepper and salt, mix again.

If you want to surprise your guests, serve avocados in the halves. Such a presentation will enhance your appetite. Just do not forget to garnish with dill branches.
